Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 2 bags of mixed berries (frozen)
  • 1 bottle of vodka (0.7 l)
  • 1 bottle of cherry juice (sour cherry juice)
  • 1 bottle of strawberry juice
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine, semi-dry
  • 1 bottle of syrup (strawberry syrup)
  • 1 bottle of carbonated mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

refreshing, not too sweet punch

Soak the frozen berries (not thawed!) in vodka for about 3 hours. Then top up with the juices and sparkling wine. If desired (depending on the desired sweetness and fruit flavor), refine with strawberry syrup. Top with a little mineral water, if desired.
