Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Low fat quark
  • 3 tbsp Sea buckthorn juice
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 150 g Blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Sort the blueberries, wash and drain.
  • Carefully mix the low-fat quark with sea buckthorn juice, honey and 100 g blueberries, distribute on dessert bowls.
  • Arrange the remaining blueberries on the quark.
  • Tip 4: If you like, you can sprinkle roasted oat flakes or crumbled corn flakes on top.
