Wild Berry Quark Layered Dessert

For the curd
- 500 g Lowfat quark
- 250 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
- 1 Vanilla sugar
- Sugar to taste
- 0,5 Orange – juice
- 0,5 Orange – abrasion
- 0,5 Lemon zest
- ************
- 750 g Forest berries TK
- ************
- 3 tbsp Roasted almond flakes
- Mint
- Let the wild berries thaw, pour off the juice if necessary, sweeten with a little sugar depending on your taste … use a hand blender 2-3 times through the fruit to create a creamy sauce and set aside.
- Mix all the quark ingredients together until creamy.
- Fill the quark and berry mix alternately into glasses, sprinkle with the almonds and decorate with the mint.
