Ingredients
 

For the curd

  • 500 g Low fat quark
  • 250 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
  • 1 Vanilla sugar
  • Sugar to taste
  • 0,5 Orange - juice
  • 0,5 Orange - abrasion
  • 0,5 Lemon zest
  • -
  • 750 g Forest berries TK
  • -
  • 3 tbsp Roasted almond flakes
  • Mint

Instructions
 

  • Let the wild berries thaw, pour off the juice if necessary, sweeten with a little sugar depending on your taste ... use a hand blender 2-3 times through the fruit to create a creamy sauce and set aside.
  • Mix all the quark ingredients together until creamy.
  • Fill the quark and berry mix alternately into glasses, sprinkle with the almonds and decorate with the mint.
