Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g berries, mixed, frozen
- 1 m.-sized banana(s)
- 100 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 2 tbsp sugar

Delicious and uncomplicated
Place the thawed berries, soy milk, and banana in a blender and blend for about 3 minutes. Add the sugar and blend again. You can add a little more sugar if it’s not sweet enough. This recipe makes about 4 large jars.
