Berry-strong Chocolate Guinness Tartlets
The perfect berry-strong chocolate guinness tartlets recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the cream:
- 200 ml Black beer z. B. Guinness
- 150 g Raw cane sugar
- 35 g Cocoa powder
- 80 g Natural yoghurt
- 60 ml Milk
- 1 Banana
- 300 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 250 ml Cold cream
- 4 tbsp Natural yoghurt
- 3 tsp Cocoa powder
- 3 tsp Powdered sugar
- 1 Pk Cream stiffener
- Fresh berries
- Preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Wash the berries and drain them very well. Melt the butter or margarine in the pan. Peel the banana and mash it with a fork. Mix the beer, sugar, cocoa powder, banana sauce and melted margarine in a bowl until the sugar has dissolved. Then slowly add the remaining ingredients for the dough and mix with a hand mixer to form a liquid dough. Grease the cake pan and pour in the batter. Bake on the middle rack for about 45 minutes (chopsticks test!). Then let it cool down well and remove it from the mold.
- Mix all ingredients for the cream – except the berries – on the highest setting with the mixer until the cocoa mass is firm and spreadable.
- Carefully cut the cold cake in half horizontally with a bread knife. Spread about 1/3 of the cream smoothly on the lower half (too much could swell out later when cutting) and put the other half on top. Spread the rest of the cream on the tartlet and spread the berries on top. Chill until ready to serve.
