Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g wheat flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 150 ml water
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 pack of salami
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Pfeffer

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat oven to 220°C. First, knead the flour, a teaspoon of salt, oil, and water, then roll it out thinly (!) on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Mix the crème fraîche with salt, pepper, and lemon juice and season to taste. Then spread it on the dough. Halve and slice the onions. Dice the salami. Then spread the onion and salami on the dough. Now bake the tarte flambée for 10 to 15 minutes. If you like, you can also use wholemeal spelt flour instead of wheat flour. It also tastes very good.
