Grilled feta wrapped in bacon

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g feta cheese or shepherd’s cheese
  • 10 slices of bacon

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

great as a small side dish for any barbecue

Divide the feta block into 10-12 pieces (about the size of a little finger) and wrap each one with a slice of bacon. Then place the parcels on the grill for a few minutes until the bacon is nicely browned. If the heat is too high, the cheese will start to melt quickly, so use medium heat instead.
