Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 230 g butter
- 280 g powdered sugar
- 400 g flour
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- some milk
- 6 apples
- 100 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp cream
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
- 120 g almonds, sliced
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Base: Cream butter with sugar and salt until fluffy. Gradually add the eggs. Then alternately stir in the flour and milk. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Topping: Core and quarter the apples, then place them tightly on the dough. Melt the butter in a saucepan and let cool slightly. Stir in the remaining ingredients, mix well, and pour over the apples. Bake at 170°C for about 50 minutes.
