Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 slice(s) of toast
- 1 leaf of lettuce, of your choice
- 2 tsp ketchup (spiced ketchup)
- 1 slice(s) Leberkäse
- 1 handful of cocktail tomatoes
- 1 tsp remoulade
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Fry the Leberkäse (meatloaf) and egg in vegetable oil on both sides, season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, toast the bread, spread with remoulade, and place the lettuce leaf on top. Place the fried Leberkäse (meatloaf) on the lettuce and spread with spiced ketchup. Arrange a sliced cocktail tomato on the Leberkäse (meatloaf). Place the fried egg on top. Arrange the remaining cocktail tomatoes around the toast as a garnish.
