- 120 g salad cream
- 4 tbsp dressing (French dressing)
- 1 tbsp relish (cucumber relish), sweet

- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp tomato powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Mix all ingredients together well, let it sit for about 2 hours, then enjoy on the hamburgers. Note: The sauce will keep if you heat it briefly to a maximum of 90°C, then pour it into sterile jars and refrigerate it. This also makes a great gift for anytime. Unfortunately, I can’t say exactly how long it will keep, but I can say this: it has never gone bad in our house because it has already been eaten. The longest it has lasted in the fridge so far has been 6 weeks. For a nearly perfect sauce, it’s best to use American products, but unfortunately they are very hard to find or expensive here. I use what the local supermarket has to offer. This amount is enough for 3-4 250ml jars.
