Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp pickle(s), finely chopped
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • ½ tsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp onion(s), very finely chopped
  • ½ tsp vinegar
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 medium-sized garlic clove(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Pour the mayonnaise into a small bowl and add the chopped cucumbers, paprika (use hot or cold paprika to taste), ketchup, and very finely chopped onions. Add a little vinegar, salt, and a pinch of pepper. Crush 1 medium garlic clove and add it. Stir well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Pairs well with burgers, tortillas, tacos, and meat.
