Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 500 g hunting sausage
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- e.g. breadcrumbs
- oil

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Dice the onions and sauté briefly in oil until translucent. Dice the sausage. Combine the ground meat with the chopped sausage. Add the eggs and the translucent onions and season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Add breadcrumbs if desired. Form 12 meatballs and fry over medium heat. Tip: When seasoning, make sure the sausage already has plenty of flavor.
