Ingredients
 

  • 1 head Leaf lettuce
  • 100 g Lerdammer
  • 200 g Cooked ham
  • 2 Pc. Quartered tomato
  • 2 Pc. Egg cooked quartered
  • 10 Pc. Pickled olives, pitted
  • 1 Pc. Onion rings
  • 250 ml Whipped cream
  • 1 tsp Mild mustard
  • 0,5 bunch Chives
  • 0,5 Pc. Sliced ​​cucumber
  • Salt, pepper, herbs

Instructions
 

  • For the salad dressing, put the cream in a bowl, add the mustard, stir it together and add part of the onion. Then season the sauce with salt, pepper and herbs. Wash the lettuce and chop the leaves. Put the leaves in the bowl, cut the cheese and ham into 1 cm cubes and add them. Now add the other ingredients alternately and mix well with the sauce and the salad. Add the chives to the salad for decoration. Good Appetite
