Caraway Seeds on Boiled Potatoes

  • 1 medium sized White cabbage
  • 1 size Onion
  • 30 g Coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable salt *
  • 2 tbsp Caraway seed
  • 2 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • Water to fill up
  • Pepper a.d.M
  1. Remove the first 2 to 3 leaves from the white cabbage and then cut the cabbage into small pieces. Peel and chop the onion and toss in the coconut oil.
  2. Add the sliced ​​cabbage, the vegetable salt and sear it well, add the paprika in between and continue stewing.
  3. Depending on your choice of browning of the cabbage, fill up with water, add the caraway seeds, cover with a lid and bring the whole thing to a boil, simmer for about 45 minutes and stir occasionally.
