Bircher muesli without sugar

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g rye flakes
  • 50 g wheat flakes
  • 75 g raisins
  • 1 banana(s), mashed to a pulp
  • 2 apples, finely grated
  • 25 g flaxseed
  • 15 g quinoa
  • 125 ml cream
  • 350 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and cover with milk and cream. Cover the bowl with a lid or cling film. Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator overnight. Stir the muesli before eating. Add fresh fruit or berries and extra milk, if desired. Based on 4 servings, one serving has 450 kcal.
