Bircher Muesli
The perfect bircher muesli recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 280 g Oatmeal
- 4 tbsp Vanilla sugar
- 300 g Fruit yoghurt
- 4,5 dl Milk
- 0,5 piece Fresh mango
- 1 piece Apple
- 1 piece Banana fresh
- 6 piece Apricots fresh
- 9 piece Fresh strawberries
- Grapes
- Cream
- Mix the oatmeal, sugar, yoghurt and milk and let it steep until the flakes are soft.
- In the meantime, peel and cut the fruit, whip the cream
- As soon as the flakes are soft, mix in the fruit and some whipped cream on top and the light summer meal is ready.
