Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 tbsp oat flakes
  • 2 tsp, heaped honey
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed
  • 125 g yogurt (fruit yogurt)
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • ½ apple
  • ½ banana(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Swiss style

Soak the oats in the milk. Ideally overnight, otherwise 1-2 hours. Then grate the apple and add it to the soaked oats. Stir in the yogurt, honey, and flaxseed. Slice the banana and stir in as well.
