Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp spelt
- 2 tbsp buckwheat
- 200 g sweet cream
- 300 ml milk
- 100 g natural yogurt
- 100 g oat flakes
- 50 g raisins, unsulfured
- 1 tbsp apricot(s), dried, finely diced
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 apple, grated
- 1 banana(s), diced
- 1 cup fresh fruit of your choice (strawberries are especially delicious)
- ¼ vanilla pod(s), the pulp
- 1 tsp ascorbic acid (vitamin C powder)
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 20 minutes

Soak the spelt and buckwheat in water the night before. Rinse thoroughly in a fine sieve the next morning. In the morning, combine all the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix. Add the grains and mix.
