Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter
- 170 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 125 ml egg liqueur, alternatively milk
- 150 g hazelnuts, ground
- 90 g chocolate flakes
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- e.g. chocolate glaze for coating or icing sugar for dusting
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a batter. Pour batter into a prepared bundt pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 170-190°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 60 minutes. Cover the cooled cake with chocolate icing or dust with powdered sugar.
