Birthday Bundt Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 170 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 125 ml egg liqueur, alternatively milk
  • 150 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 90 g chocolate flakes
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • e.g. chocolate glaze for coating or icing sugar for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a batter. Pour batter into a prepared bundt pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 170-190°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 60 minutes. Cover the cooled cake with chocolate icing or dust with powdered sugar.
