Biscuit & Co: Toffee Cookies

  • 100 g Walnuts, chopped
  • 100 g Soft toffees
  • 130 g Soft butter
  • 50 g Brown sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 200 g Flour + 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • Coarse sea salt
  1. Beat butter with sugar and a pinch of salt until frothy, stir in eggs one by one. Finally knead in the flour. Dice the toffees and fold into the dough with the walnuts. With the help of 2 teaspoons, place small heaps on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and flatten them lightly. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes.
