Black bread with Gouda rolls

Ingredients for 50 servings:

  • 100 g herb cream cheese
  • 100 g double cream cheese
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 150 g smoked salmon
  • n. B. Dill
  • some Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 slices of cheese (Gouda, large slices)
  • 50 slices of bread (black bread slices)
  • n. B. Butter flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 35 minutes

a delicious party snack

Combine the two cream cheeses. Finely dice the eggs and smoked salmon and stir in. Finely chop the dill and stir in. Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Spread some of the cream cheese on each Gouda slice, roll up from the narrow side, and wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, then cut into approximately 1 cm thick slices. Brush the brown bread slices with a little butter and top each with a roll.
