Cherry Plotzer:

  • 1 Glass Cherries
  • 220 g Zwieback
  • 0,26 l Milk
  • 150 g Butter
  • 180 g Sugar
  • 6 Pc. Eggs
  • 125 g Ground hazelnuts
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Msp Ground cloves
  • 4 cl Kirsch

Ice cream:

  • 150 ml Cream
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 3 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 65 g Sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Vanilla paste


Cherry Plotzer:

  • For the cherry plot, beat the egg whites into egg whites. Pour hot milk over the rusk and let it steep for a moment.
  • Fold in all remaining ingredients and the egg whites. Fill into a greased casserole dish and bake at 200 degrees circulating air for about 50 minutes.

Ice cream:

  • Heat the cream and milk in a saucepan with the vanilla paste, but do not let it boil. Remove from heat and let cool down to room temperature.
  • In a bowl, stir the sugar and egg yolks together until frothy. Mix with the cooled vanilla cream milk. Then pour into the refrigerator or directly into the ice cream maker. Freeze to the desired creaminess.
