a delicious party pan dish
Cut the meat into approximately 1 cm thick slices, then halve the slices and wrap these strips in a slice of Black Forest ham. Layer these rolls in an ovenproof pan, casserole dish, or similar. Prepare the sauce by whisking the melted cheese and heavy cream until creamy. Pour this sauce over the rolls (every roll must be covered! Add a little more milk if it’s too thick or not enough to cover). No seasoning is necessary, as the ham provides the flavor, aroma, and aroma. Let the mixture marinate in the refrigerator for about 12 hours and then braise in the oven for about 50-60 minutes. Cover the pan with a lid or aluminum foil at the beginning, which can be removed about 15 minutes before the end. Serve with pasta, rice, warm baguette or ciabatta bread, and a vegetable salad.
