Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large pork loin(s)
  • Ham, Black Forest
  • 2 spring onions
  • 3 cups of cream
  • 1 bottle of chili sauce or paprika sauce
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the pork loin into small pieces, wrap them in the Black Forest ham, and place them in a baking dish. Finely chop the spring onions and sauté them in oil in a pan. Add the cream, season with salt and pepper, and the chili or paprika sauce. Pour the sauce over the loin and then scatter the mushrooms on top. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 1 hour. Serve with tagliatelle, spaetzle, or rice.
