Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g black pudding
- 125g Camembert(s)
- 400 ml milk
- 4 tbsp flour
- 1 apple
- 3 lasagna sheets
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Pre-cook the lasagna sheets in salted water until al dente. Slice the apple and Camembert. Mix the flour and milk to make a sauce. In a baking dish, layer 1/3 of the milk sauce, 1/3 of the lasagna sheets, half of the sausage, Camembert, and apple slices, and 1 lasagna sheet, etc. Finish with a layer of milk sauce. Bake in the oven at 220°C until the desired browning is achieved.
