Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 radish(s), black
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar, dark (blackcurrant balsamic)
- 1 tbsp milk
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped herbs, e.g. parsley
- 1 tbsp currants, black
Instructions
Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
Peel the radish and slice it into sticks or julienne strips. Stir together the dressing and season to taste. Toss the radish with the dressing and serve in bowls. Sprinkle with chopped herbs. If you like, you can also sprinkle a few blackcurrants on top.
