Black tea – honey – punch

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 ml tea, medium-strong black
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of gingerbread spice
  • 1 piece(s) lemon peel, untreated
  • 1 piece(s) orange peel, untreated
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 100 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • n. B. Rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

warms you up on frosty days

Prepare the black tea and let it steep for about 8 minutes. Pour the finished tea into a small saucepan and bring to a boil with the cinnamon stick and gingerbread spice. Add the lemon and orange peel and let it steep for a while. Stir in the orange juice and season with honey. Remove the cinnamon stick, lemon peel, and orange peel before serving. Add a dash of rum, if desired.
