Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 850 ml juice (blackberry juice) from fresh blackberries
- 150 ml balsamic vinegar
- 500 g gelling sugar 2:1

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine blackberry juice and gelling sugar in a saucepan. Add the balsamic vinegar and bring everything to a boil while stirring. Simmer for about 3 minutes, then test for settling. If the mixture is set, pour the liquid from the pan into clean jam jars and seal them tightly. This sophisticated jelly is perfect for brunch, Sunday breakfast, with game or wildfowl, as a gift, or on crêpes or pancakes.
