Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 bananas
- 125 g blackberries
- 2 tbsp glucose
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- 400 ml milk, low-fat
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Cut the bananas into small pieces and blend them with the blackberries, glucose, lemon juice, and milk. Tip: Depending on your taste, you can use more lemon juice, more milk, or vanilla sugar or honey instead of glucose.
