Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 350 g cream cheese, grainy
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 150 g smoked salmon
  • 5 nori sheets
  • Soy sauce, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Crumble the feta cheese and mix thoroughly with the cream cheese. Cut the smoked salmon into strips. Peel the cucumber, scrape out the seeds with a spoon, and cut the flesh into long strips. Place the nori sheet on the mat and spread two-thirds of the cheese paste (not too thickly). Place a strip of smoked salmon and cucumber on top and roll the whole thing up like regular sushi. Let it rest for a while to allow the nori sheets to moisten, then cut into 3-4 cm long rolls. Serve with soy sauce.
