Blackberry chocolate

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g blackberries (alternatively raspberries or cherries)
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 500 g white chocolate
  • 150 g pistachios (peeled and chopped)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preparation: Mix the blackberries with the powdered sugar, set aside, and let stand for 30 minutes. Peel and finely chop the pistachios, if desired. Preparation: Roughly chop the white chocolate and melt it in a bowl over a pan of simmering water (not too hot). Remove the bowl from the water bath, let it cool slightly, and then stir in the blackberries and pistachios. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, about 1 cm thick. Allow it to set, then roughly break it up and enjoy. Beautifully packaged, it also makes a great gift.
