Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 10 kiwi(s), peeled and pureed
  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 250 ml water
  • 700 ml schnapps (double grain)
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Boil the water and combine it with the sugar to make a syrup. Stir in the kiwi puree and pour everything into a large preserving jar. Add the vanilla pod and fill with the seeds. Let it mature in a dark place for 2-3 months, stirring occasionally. Finally, filter through a coarse cotton cloth or coarse paper filter and bottle.
