Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g blackberries
- 300 g sugar
- 500 ml schnapps, e.g. B grain 40%
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 45 days 12 hours 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 days 12 hours 25 minutes
Puree the blackberries and pour them into a large bottle or several small bottles with the sugar. Pour in the liquor and seal the bottle tightly. Let it steep in a dark place for about 8 weeks. Filter the liqueur, for example, with a thin tea towel, and pour it back into the bottle.
