Blackberry – Peach – Jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g blackberries
  • 500 g peach(s), weighed without stone
  • 1 kg gelling sugar, 1:1
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice

Instructions

quick, easy and delicious

Wash the blackberries, drain, and puree them. Stone and peel the washed peaches, then cut them into small pieces or puree them. Mix the peaches with sugar and lemon juice and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Test for settling and then pour into hot, rinsed jars. A quick tip: If you don’t like the blackberry seeds in your jam, strain the pureed fruit through a sieve! This way, you’ll only be left with the pulp.
