Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g pear(s)
  • 200 g apples (Braeburn)
  • 300 g gelling sugar 1:1
  • Cinnamon to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Chop the fruit, puree, and place it in a saucepan. Add the gelling sugar. Sprinkle in the cinnamon. Bring to a rolling boil, then simmer for 4-5 minutes. Immediately fill jars. This makes about 3 jars of 250 ml each. Tip: Place the finished jars upside down in a pot of hot water for about 15 minutes to allow the lids to tighten properly.
