Blackberry Prosecco Jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 800 g blackberries
  • 300 ml Prosecco
  • 500 g gelling sugar 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 33 minutes

Wash the blackberries and then drain well. Bring the Prosecco and blackberries to a boil in a saucepan, stirring constantly. Then add the gelling sugar and cook for another three minutes. Then pour the jam into jars and let it cool.
