Pesto à la miss – emily – strawberry

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g basil
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 200 ml olive oil
  • 150 g Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • salt and pepper
  • Rosemary, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press into a blender. Add all the other ingredients except the spices and puree in the blender. Season with salt, pepper, and rosemary. Then pour the pesto into jars and serve the first portion immediately, ideally served over freshly cooked pasta.
