Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 800 g blackberries
  • 50 g marzipan, cut into small pieces
  • 100 g walnuts, chopped
  • 1 kg gelling sugar, 1:1
  • 50 ml blackcurrant

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

with marzipan

Combine the blackberries, marzipan, walnuts, and gelling sugar and let it steep for 2 hours. Then bring to a boil and simmer for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove the foam, stir in the blackcurrant, and immediately pour into hot jars to the brim. Secure with twist-off lids and turn upside down for 5 minutes.
