Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1,000 g raspberries
  • 1,000 g gelling sugar, 1:1
  • 100 g dark chocolate shavings

Mix the raspberries with the sugar and let it steep for 2 hours, then boil briskly for 4 minutes according to the package instructions. Skim the jam, stir in the chocolate shavings, and pour everything into hot jars. Seal with twist-off lids and turn upside down for 5 minutes. If you like, you can puree the raspberries beforehand and pass them through a sieve to remove the seeds. In this case, use 1000g of raspberry puree.
