Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ¼ liter of tea (fruit tea, e.g. wild berry)
  • ¼ liter of tea (winter tea)
  • ¼ liter apple juice
  • 1 jar orange juice
  • 6 carnations
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 slice(s) orange(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for non-alcohol drinkers or for children

Brew the tea according to the instructions and pour it into a saucepan. Add the orange juice, apple juice, lemon juice, cinnamon, and orange slice to the pan. Put the cloves in a tea infuser and add them to the pan. Let the mixture steep on the lowest heat for 10 minutes, but do not boil. After 10 minutes, add the sugar and heat for another 5 minutes, making sure it does not boil. After 15 minutes, remove the spices (cinnamon, cloves, and orange slice) and serve the punch hot. It also tastes good cold and can be easily reheated in the microwave. For adults, simply add a shot of rum to the cup.
