Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 large mushroom
- 1 large tomato(s)
- e.g. salt and pepper
- some olive oil
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 m.-sized eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel and finely chop the tomato, mushroom, and spring onions. Add a little olive oil and fry in a pan. Season with salt and pepper. Crack the two eggs into a bowl. Add the mustard and honey and beat until frothy. Then add the eggs to the pan. Stir everything together until the eggs are set. Serve immediately.
