Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g Mie noodles, vegan
  • 200g tofu
  • 1 large carrot(s)
  • 2 spring onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 chili
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp tahini

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peel the carrot and cut into thin sticks. Trim and finely chop the spring onions. Sauté the carrot sticks, finely chopped spring onions, and chili in sesame oil in a pan for a few minutes. Crumble the tofu into the pan with your hands and add the garlic. Sauté for another 5 minutes. Add the remaining sauce ingredients. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the package instructions and drain them. Add them to the pan. Finally, toss everything together and serve.
