- 1 bell pepper(s)
- ½ pack of button mushrooms or other mushrooms
- 1 shot of milk
- Spice(s) of your choice (cayenne pepper, Vegeta, tomato spice …)
- some oil or butter
- tomato(s)
- Basil, cress…
- Balsamic cream

First, dice the bell peppers and thinly slice the mushrooms, then fry them in a little oil or butter. After about 5-10 minutes, depending on how crisp you want the peppers and mushrooms, add the beaten eggs. Finally, add a splash of milk, season well (if desired), and stir well until the egg is set. Garnish with a few basil or cress leaves, some tomato slices, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
