Scrambled eggs with peppers and mushrooms

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • ½ pack of button mushrooms or other mushrooms
  • 1 shot of milk
  • Spice(s) of your choice (cayenne pepper, Vegeta, tomato spice …)
  • some oil or butter
  • tomato(s)
  • Basil, cress…
  • Balsamic cream

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

simple and vegetarian

First, dice the bell peppers and thinly slice the mushrooms, then fry them in a little oil or butter. After about 5-10 minutes, depending on how crisp you want the peppers and mushrooms, add the beaten eggs. Finally, add a splash of milk, season well (if desired), and stir well until the egg is set. Garnish with a few basil or cress leaves, some tomato slices, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
