Ingredients
- 60 g Butter
- 150 g Sugar
- 2 Egg yolk
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 200 g Flour
- 100 ml Milk
- 2 Egg Whites
- 750 g Apples or
- 1 glass Cherries
Instructions
- Mix the butter and sugar until frothy
- Gradually add the 2 egg yolks and mix well each time
- Mix the baking powder and flour in a bowl and carefully stir in alternately with the milk
- Beat the 2 egg whites until stiff and fold them into the mixture
- Put the dough in a greased springform pan and, if you like, either peel the apples and cut them into eighths and place them on the dough with the curve facing upwards, or drain 1 glass of cherries and spread them on the dough!
- Bake at 180 ° C for 35-40 minutes, when it has cooled, dust with powdered sugar if desired!
