Ingredients
 

  • 60 g Butter
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 200 g Flour
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 750 g Apples or
  • 1 glass Cherries

Instructions
 

  • Mix the butter and sugar until frothy
  • Gradually add the 2 egg yolks and mix well each time
  • Mix the baking powder and flour in a bowl and carefully stir in alternately with the milk
  • Beat the 2 egg whites until stiff and fold them into the mixture
  • Put the dough in a greased springform pan and, if you like, either peel the apples and cut them into eighths and place them on the dough with the curve facing upwards, or drain 1 glass of cherries and spread them on the dough!
  • Bake at 180 ° C for 35-40 minutes, when it has cooled, dust with powdered sugar if desired!
