- 200 g Sugar
- 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 300 ml Milk
- 4 Eggs
- 50 g Nut nougat cream
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 glass Sour cherries

Instructions
- Dough: - mix flour, butter, baking powder - add sugar, vanilla sugar, milk and eggs and mix to a smooth dough - put half of the dough in a springform pan - add the already liquid nut nougat cream and cocoa powder to the other half - Sieve the sour cherries and place on the white mass - put the resulting brown dough on the cherry dough and shape into patterns with the help of a fork. - Bake for approx. 40 minutes (180 ° / fan oven) Then cool down a little and decorate as you wish. e.g. with powdered sugar or couverture
