  • 200 g Sugar
  • 1 Pck. Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • 50 g Nut nougat cream
  • 2 El. Cocoa powder
  • 1 glass Sour cherries

  1. Dough: – mix flour, butter, baking powder – add sugar, vanilla sugar, milk and eggs and mix to a smooth dough – put half of the dough in a springform pan – add the already liquid nut nougat cream and cocoa powder to the other half – Sieve the sour cherries and place on the white mass – put the resulting brown dough on the cherry dough and shape into patterns with the help of a fork. – Bake for approx. 40 minutes (180 ° / fan oven) Then cool down a little and decorate as you wish. e.g. with powdered sugar or couverture
