Marble Cake with Cherries

- 400 g Flour
- 250 g Soft butter
- 1 Pck. Baking powder
- 200 g Sugar
- 1 Pck. Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 300 ml Milk
- 4 Eggs
- 50 g Nut nougat cream
- 2 El. Cocoa powder
- 1 glass Sour cherries

- 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
- Dough: – mix flour, butter, baking powder – add sugar, vanilla sugar, milk and eggs and mix to a smooth dough – put half of the dough in a springform pan – add the already liquid nut nougat cream and cocoa powder to the other half – Sieve the sour cherries and place on the white mass – put the resulting brown dough on the cherry dough and shape into patterns with the help of a fork. – Bake for approx. 40 minutes (180 ° / fan oven) Then cool down a little and decorate as you wish. e.g. with powdered sugar or couverture
