Blitz Currant Yogurt

The perfect blitz currant yogurt recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 kl. Natural yoghurt tub
  • 3 cups Currants
  • 3 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Splash Lemon
  1. This morning I had an appetite for something fresh and lo and behold … there were bored currants around and lonely yoghurts in the fridge. I could bring them together and do a little photo shoot and of course Bärchen was there too!
  2. Remove the currants from the stems after washing them with a fork. Add yogurt, sugar and lemon and puree with a hand blender.
  3. For the eye: sprinkle the currant branches with a little lemon and roll them in sugar as well as leaves of the strawberry mint … done !!!!!!!
