Blobs of Raisins from Pan

- 125 ml Milk
- 1 cube Yeast fresh
- 500 g Flour
- 200 g Raisins
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- Clarified butter
- Powdered sugar
- 1 Egg
- For the yeast dough, sieve the flour into a bowl. Make a well in the middle and crumble the yeast into it, add 1 tablespoon of sugar. Warm 125ml milk and pour over it. Cover and let rest for a quarter of an hour. In the meantime, soak the raisins in water.
- Warm up the rest of the milk, sprinkle salt and 3 tablespoons of sugar over the flour, add milk and egg. Mix well with a hand mixer and dough hook. Finally knead in the drained raisins and keep warm for another 30 minutes so that the dough rises.
- Heat the clarified butter in a large pan. 5 times 1 tablespoon each of the dough in the hot clarified butter and bake on both sides for about 5 minutes, dust with powdered sugar and serve.
