Vegetable Cabbage Stew

The perfect vegetable cabbage stew recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Mettenden
  • 1 piece Soup vegetables
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 150 g Fresh white cabbage
  • 2 piece Paprika
  • 2 piece Tomatoes
  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 100 g Broccoli
  • 1 teaspoon Caraway seed
  • 1,5 liter Broth
  • 3 piece Bay leaf
  • 3 piece Fennel powder
  • 3 piece Curry powder
  • 3 piece Pepper from the grinder
  • 3 piece Sea salt from the mill
  1. Work off in the order shown in the pictures and you have a delicious stew. 😉
  2. So first fry the sausage, then add the vegetables and spices according to the different cooking times. I.e. first the cabbage … and finally the peppers and parsley. The stew will definitely take half an hour.
