How to Cook Scrambled Eggs A La Carte: 4 Secrets You Didn’t Know About

Many people cook eggs in the morning in different forms – glazed, dumplings, with bacon, cheese, or sausage – there are many options for such a light breakfast. But sometimes fried eggs stick to the pan, taste disgusting, or remain raw.

How to cook scrambled eggs properly – tips and tricks

In fact, there is nothing complicated about frying eggs, the main thing is to be aware of four culinary secrets:

  • Wash the eggs and let them sit on the table to increase the temperature to room temperature;
  • Choose olive oil or butter;
  • Put raw eggs in a heated frying pan, and then lower the heat; that way they won’t stick;
  • Fry only in non-stick or cast-iron frying pans.

By the way, there is one useful tip that many celebrity chefs uphold – raw eggs should not be beaten into the pan at once. If you want a dish with a delicious crust, dense whites, and slightly raw yolk, beat the eggs on a flat plate first, and then pour them into the pan.

Once you have the basic nuances of making scrambled eggs memorized, you can choose the most successful recipe for your favorite breakfast.
