Blood orange and cucumber salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 blood orange(s)
  • ¼ cucumber(s)
  • ¼ onion(s), red
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

Wash the peppers, remove the seeds, and peel the cucumbers and blood oranges. Cut everything into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl. Collect the juice from the blood oranges and set aside. Chop the onions as finely as possible and add them to the bowl. Now mix the orange juice with the balsamic vinegar, add to the salad, and mix everything gently. If desired, garnish the salad with sunflower seeds or a few fennel seeds.
